60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Kalora offers a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 60 days of delivery through our Contact Us page.
Requests made after 60 days may not be eligible for a refund or return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Purchased directly from Kalora
- Within the 60-day return window
- Returned with its original packaging when possible
- Not intentionally damaged, misused, or tampered with
Damaged or Misused Products
Products that have been damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Broken bottles caused after delivery
- Opened capsules spilled or removed from the bottle
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products altered, tampered with, or improperly stored
- Packaging damaged after delivery by the customer
If your order arrived damaged during shipping, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Opened Products
Because Kalora is a dietary supplement, opened products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to approve or deny returns involving opened, used, or partially used products depending on the condition of the item and the reason for the request.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Photos, if the product arrived damaged or there is an issue with your order

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Kalora.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Kalora is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products not purchased directly from Kalora
- Empty bottles or fully consumed products
- Products that have been tampered with or altered

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Final Decision
Kalora reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit refunds and returns if we believe the policy is being misused, abused, or violated.
