After your order has been processed, estimated shipping time is typically 10 to 14 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and delivery location.

If free shipping is available, it will be shown at checkout when your order qualifies.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Kalora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an issue with your shipping address, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Kalora is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking your mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, or local carrier first.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
