Your subscription will continue until it is canceled, paused, or otherwise modified by you.

Subscription details, including product, price, billing frequency, and delivery schedule, will be shown before checkout.

Automatic Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically based on the subscription frequency you selected.

Examples may include monthly, every 30 days, every 60 days, or another available subscription interval.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers are responsible for managing their own subscription.

Depending on the subscription system used on our store, you may be able to:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Change your product quantity

Cancellation Policy

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Skipping or Pausing Orders

If available, you may skip or pause future subscription orders through your subscription portal.

Changes must be made before the next billing date.

If an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to stop that shipment.

Subscription Pricing

Kalora reserves the right to update subscription pricing, product availability, shipping fees, or subscription terms at any time.

If required, customers will be notified of material changes before they take effect.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, the system may attempt to process the payment again.

Your subscription may be paused, delayed, or canceled if payment cannot be completed.

To avoid delays, please keep your payment information up to date.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address accurate and current.

Kalora is not responsible for subscription orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, please do so before your next billing date.

Returns and Refunds for Subscription Orders

If you are requesting a refund or return for a subscription order, please contact us through our Contact Us page within the eligible return window.

Products damaged by the customer, tampered with, or returned outside the eligible return period may not qualify for a refund.

Promotions may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability

If a subscription product becomes unavailable, delayed, discontinued, or out of stock, we may pause, delay, replace, or cancel the affected subscription order.

If a replacement is offered, you may choose whether to accept it when applicable.
